How hard can it be to write a blog post every month? It’s hard. The days fly by with things to do and events to attend. You would think that summer in a life plan community would be laid back and easy going. Not so much. There are so many activities going on that I constantly have to make choices. Here are some of the events I attended this month.

- Resident Experience Group (Group of residents dialoguing with management)
- Benevolent Care Fund Reception for monthly donors
- Photography Talk
- Immigration – two sessions with speakers
- Town Hall Meeting
- Club Leaders Meeting
- Training Sessions twice a week
- Day trip to Dutch’s Daughter’s Restaurant in Frederick
- Ribbon Cutting for the Cross Creek Lobby Renovation
I won’t bore you with my To Do list for NaCCRA except to say, the eight-page newsletter went to the printers and the August checks in the lockbox were transcribed by me.
For fun, Dan and I ate two good movies this month, Crazy Rich Asians and Christopher Robin.
